Appleyards has a long successful history or storing companies records. We see this process as more of a management situation so that file destroy dates can be activated and that your records in storage do not just grow without good reason. We can provide archive cartons should you wish to box records, sequential labels and a collection service.

Accessing Your Files

File retrieval varies from client to client. Some wish to access files themselves and for others we arrange picking of selected boxes or files for collection or for delivery back to their offices.

Beverley Document Disposal

As well as being able to store your files for you for as many years as you wish, we also have the ability to destroy the records securely within the same building. This will make your life a lot easier when the time comes to do this as you will not need to outsource this and it is also a more secure way of confidentially sorting your old files. We always issue a certificate of destruction following this process.

To take advantage of one months free archive storage simply put 100 boxes into storage with us and sign your contract and we will issue a credit note against the first months archive storage !
