Do you want to do this yourself ? If this is the case then we stock sturdy removal boxes which are much better than anything you may get off the internet. Would you like our experienced packers to carry out a full pack or maybe just help with packing your breakable items only.
You should then consider what items need to be dismantled. Dining tables are a lot simpler to remove without their legs on. Most modern beds will need to be taken apart and have the mattresses covered. Decide if you are doing this yourself or if this is an added service you would like your removers to perform.
Wardrobes can cause issues on removal day if not thought about in advance. Put your clothing into suitcases or use portable wardrobe cartons. Triple wardrobes will nearly always need to be dismantled to allow them to fit downstairs, as will any tall or wide double wardrobes. Take advice from Appleyards of Beverley if you are uncertain.
